lab 2 common skills

1) to switch from each program that is open and minimize i pressed the button alt+a and the program expands
2) in Microsoft word , first to select the text i pressed ctrl +a and to copy i pressed ctrl +c and then ctrl +v to paste and then i change the style to Albertus MT and the font to 20 i clicked on the grow font button and then the shrink font twice and then i clicked on bullets and the line spacing change to 3.0 and then 2.0 to double space. 
3)column is use the same way in powerpoint and in microsoft word
